Single-source accountability for your entire project — managing all trades, schedules, and budgets from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.
W.R. Dunkin & Son, Inc. has been providing exceptional value for clients and their projects across Indiana since 1915 — over 110 years of institutional knowledge, trusted partnerships, and construction excellence.
W.R. Dunkin & Son, Inc. was founded in 1915 in Carroll County, Indiana by W.R. Dunkin — a carpenter — and his son Glenn F. Dunkin — a brick mason. What began as residential and small commercial contracting grew over decades into one of Indiana's most respected institutional construction firms.
The company settled in Anderson in 1951 to be more centrally located across the state. Today, Craig R. Dunkin — fourth generation — leads the company with the same commitment to craftsmanship, relationships, and community that his great-grandfather brought to every job site.
In March 2020, W.R. Dunkin & Son was welcomed into the Abel Family of Businesses — a $160 million, four-generation construction company that shares its values — strengthening Dunkin's capacity and resources while preserving its local identity and leadership.
